Purchases, Packages & Appointments

Purchase Terms

Version: July 16, 2026

By checking the required box and completing this purchase, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I have read these Purchase Terms, and that I agree to them.

  1. Expiration

Single-session purchases and packages expire 365 days after the purchase date. All sessions must be completed before the expiration date.

Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable. Expiration dates are not automatically extended.

Any exception is solely at the discretion of Iowa Colonics, must be confirmed in writing, and does not create a right to another exception.

  2. Scheduling

Purchasing a session or package does not reserve an appointment time.

After checkout, use the scheduling link in your confirmation email to schedule your session. Save that email and use the same link to schedule any remaining sessions.

Appointments are subject to Iowa Colonics' current availability and scheduling limits.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time is required to cancel or reschedule without losing the session.

A cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time is considered a late cancellation. The session payment will be retained, or one session will be deducted from the package.

Iowa Colonics does not provide an automatic courtesy for late cancellations. Any exception is solely at the discretion of Iowa Colonics, is not guaranteed, and does not create a right to another exception.

  4. No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not canceled or rescheduled before the appointment begins.

A no-show results in the session payment being retained or one session being deducted from the package. No refund, credit, or replacement session will be provided.

  5. Arrival and Lateness

Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

If you expect to arrive late, call or text Iowa Colonics at (641) 861-5455 as soon as possible.

Letting Iowa Colonics know that you are running late does not guarantee that the session can proceed.

If Iowa Colonics determines that the session cannot proceed because of your late arrival, the session payment will be retained or one session will be deducted from the package.

If Iowa Colonics permits the session to proceed, it will operate according to the adjusted timing and conditions communicated at that time.

  6. Refunds and Unused Purchases

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or when Iowa Colonics permanently cannot provide the purchased service.

No refund will be issued for:

    • Change of mind
    • Scheduling inconvenience
    • Voluntary non-use
    • Failure to schedule
    • Unused sessions
    • Expired sessions
    • Late cancellations
    • No-shows
    • Late arrivals that prevent the session from proceeding

No refund will be issued after a session has begun.

If Iowa Colonics cancels an appointment because of practitioner illness, equipment maintenance, facility issues, or another operational reason, the session will remain available for rescheduling.

If Iowa Colonics cannot reschedule the session within a reasonable time, or permanently cannot provide a purchased session or the remaining sessions in a package, the applicable unused amount will be refunded.
